I have always loved Jacques for years. I have recently decided to get some “beginner” plants to care for, as I want to be successful with them. I have been in twice to get said plants, and both times have been 5 star experiences. The woman that helped me the first time, and the man that helped me the second time, took the time to educate me and show me my options for the easiest plants. They both answered my (many) questions, and informed me of every detail to help them thrive (watering, sun, trimming, plant food, how to tell if it wants water, how to tell if it is happy, concerns to look for). Forward to now, both of my plants are thriving and I feel confident in my purchases and in my plants. They are beautiful and seeing them thrive shows me that Jacques cares about the plants they sell, and shows that they set their customers up for success. I will be back again for a third plant soon! Also, a small but very appreciated measure taken was after showing and educating, the man allowed me to take the time to decide on my plant and said, “please make yourself at home”, while offering me water or coffee. Thank you Jacques from a new plant owner!

Called to order an arrangement delivered same day to a friend who's husband passed unexpectedly. She told me the arrangement she received was spectacular and the driver was so kind and offered to carry it in due to the weight of the arrangement. Highly recommend this florist.

Every time I go in I’m greeted by a smiling and helpful staff- who seem like they genuinely enjoy their job and each other. Not only does the culture seem incredibly healthy, but each time I ask for a bouquet I’m blown away by the quality and more than reasonable prices. Been going for years for every kind of occasion. I look forward to visiting their shop each time I go. They truly are the experts, and the only florist I’ll go to!

Twice a year we get an arrangement for my 90+ year old mom-in-law. Always Jacques makes ordering so quick and easy, salespeople are friendly and helpful and arrangements are always beautiful and special. I won't go anywhere else.

Jacques is the best flower delivery shop in my area hands down! I’ve been ordering from Jacques for the last 3 or 4 years, twice a year for our anniversary and Valentines Day and have always had an excellent experience with them every single time!! The flowers and arrangements are absolutely beautiful every single time and they are ALWAYS DELIVERED ON TIME OR EARLIER! My fiancé absolutely loves getting flowers sent to work and Jacques makes it happen every time even when I order last minute! Jacques did the most beautiful job on my wedding bouquets. I asked for a summer bouquet with a sunset color scheme and they nailed it. More beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They were also super helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with the entire wedding process!! I can’t say enough great things about them.

Recently went through Jacques for funeral flowers for my dad. The most beautiful arrangements. Wonderful service. The flowers were stunning and very full (without a bunch of fillers). Christiana was wonderful to show us the coolers of flowers as well as the books to get a more personal feel for what we were hoping for. They delivered to Milfords Smith and Heald (was told that even the delivery person was professional and pleasant as well). Outstanding beyond our expectations.

These guys are amazing! Super helpful (especially for a beginner with plants, like me). The guy helped me choose what plants that were for full sun and he even put them in my car! You will not find a better florist than Jacques! The quality of their flowers and detail in their arrangements are unmatched. I recieve flowers from many vendors and some pieces from other floral shops arrive broken, withered, dry, clunky and lack beauty. No matter how long I've been ordering from Jacques, I am always in awe of the stunning masterpieces they create. The staff are also incredibly talented and I feel confident when referring families to them that they will be taken care of and treated with exceptional service. I have bought floral arrangements for my home forever. I usually use the popular florist on Elm St. The last several years I have been less then impressed. I stopped into Jaques on a whim and I am over the moon happy that I did! The quality, fragrance and absolutely beautiful arrangement is top shelf! Not to mention the lovely customer service from the 2 sisters :)

I had the pleasure of joining the Jacques Team for the Valentine’s Day holiday. I was extremely impressed with how warmly I was welcomed, but more so how well the entire team works together. The energy was high, spirits jovial, everyone helping each other to achieve the common goal—to share the love of flowers. This experience made me think of Santa and all of his helpers in the workshop. My time there was short. I had the pleasure of delivering their masterpiece designs to many lucky customers. This has always been a fantastic local florist. They have been there for me most of my life. I used to walk there to buy my mom flowers for special occasions, or when I might have done something bad. Now I stop in to buy beautiful arrangements for my wife. They never disappoint.

Don’t live in NH anymore, so googled for florists that would deliver to my aunt’s workplace for her birthday. Jacques popped up, and after seeing the reviews I chose them. It was definitely a great choice! They were able to do same day delivery. The woman on the phone was so nice as well. My aunt loved the arrangement, and sent me a photo. Jacques is always my go to for flower delivery! I've spent so much money at other florists and was consistently so disappointed when I saw what was delivered. That all ended when I found Jacques. I have always been more than pleased and very proud of what is provided from this wonderful florist. Every penny you pay for an arrangement is worth it!

I went to this floral shop to get some flowers for a loss in my family and also to cheer up someone. The associate was super nice, very helpful and did a beautiful job making the arrangements. She even helped me carry them to my vehicle. The wonderful customer service and attention to detail was spot on. She did an excellent job!

What can I say about Paul and Nancy? (and their whole family by the way) I look for commonalities when I am at a business: that they are in line with my own perspective (and that is not to say I am perfect, it is to say that in my life I look for people who have the right energy and treat people with the utmost care.) My lovely and I visited Jacques 2 years ago, as we wanted to familiarize ourselves in the floral industry but knew if we did it locally it would be perceived differently than our intent; simply to see what other shops do, and how they treat people. We saw 5 places on our trip 2 years ago, and the stand alone in the NH area we visited, was Jacques. From the minute we walked in, until we left 2 HOURS later, they were incredibly gracious with their knowledge and time. We have visited about 20 flower shops in the past 2 years, and they are still #1 in our book from the overall feel, to the warm and friendly atmosphere. So why 2 years later am I writing a review/ Like most businesses, we have had a hiccup on our supply chain. we have been without (we had a 1/2 a piece left last night) and our supplier had kept putting off getting us what we need in the height of a very busy Christmas season. I called Paul, I hoped that he had some to spare, but he was my first call. MIND YOU- he really doesn't know me; he knew of me and Kate as it was his wife Nancy that took us in the floral creation area and told us about their history and all that they do locally. He said "I was in the area Yesterday, had I known I would've dropped it off for you" Is that not incredible? Is that not what you strive to hear from someone. He did it and said it without reservation. I drove to see him, got to talk a little bit, he rung me up for a box and my girls (and our flower shop) are able to keep rolling with all the business coming in. I am thankful for his help, I am appreciative of his business (and sincerely- his granddaughter (I think) was super sweet as he was on the phone when I arrived. She didn't hide in a corner while I waited, she stayed and talked with me about the flower shop, the season and the poinsettias (of which there appears to be a sea of them in all sizes). Amazing people, Amazing business and they will be a place I will recommend to ANYONE in that area to be taken care of as if you were at an upscale resort, without the '"fake" nice... it is very real. I have ordered flowers several times from Jaques Flower Shop. I live in AZ and like to send something "special" at holidays, birthdays and "just because" to my Sister in Law be cause she is very "Special" to me. I am always so surprised as well, when my S-I-L sends me pictures of whatever has been delivered....it always looks more beautiful than it did on the website. I have even received a phone call when one of the Willow Tree figurines that I had ordered on the website, was out of stock so I was able to select another which was just as beautiful and the delivery was made on time with some extra roses added to a small 3 rose vase that was just such a sweet gesture. It's not only the beautiful arrangements, gifts or planters that are AMAZING, but the personal touch that each order has received down to the delivery. I am getting ready to order Christmas flowers today as we will all be able to gather in NH for the first time in two years. I know that whatever I order, it will be beautiful as always!!
